Die Bühnen-Schräge mit tempelartigem Aufbau ist ständig im Wandel, Mauern verschieben sich, Dächer gleiten davon. Und gegen Ende darf ein Sternenhimmel aus Blechdosen hinein schweben und sich alltäglich-poetisch breit machen.“
Stenographer Fred Pommerehn gets the Giessen state theater up to speeds, consequent and spectacular on a level rarely seen before. The raked stage with a temple like design is constantly changing, walls shift and ceilings float away. Towards the end of the evening a star drop made of tin cans hovers over the stage and with a banality-poetry takes over the space.
